Danish Customer Service Agent

Up to £21,000/ yr + 30% performance bonus


We are looking for talented people to join us on our mission to provide flexible credit to people who have been turned down by their bank. Our philosophy is that all trustworthy people deserve fair and honest credit. 

You would be joining our Danish team, helping our customers with any questions and queries they may have, over emails, messages and calls. The most important part of this role is to keep up the good energy in the office and to make our customers feel good after a chat or an email.

If you have spent some time in customer service, that would be great! But, the most important thing for us is to build the right team. That means we are even more interested in who you are and how you think than we are in your past work.

This is a fast-paced start-up environment, so you'll need to be organized and keep calm under pressure.  


We think you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills; you will be able to speak to your customers like you would to your friends and family, making them feel welcome and at ease whenever you speak to them.

  • You will be able to communicate effectively in writing, when required, by either email or text message.

  • Bilingual Danish and English; you will need the ability to assist customers in Danish and English.

  • Ownership; when something goes wrong, you fix it. If something isn’t working, you get it changed. You don’t wait to be told that you need to improve, you’re driven by a desire to develop yourself, become better at what you do and help more people.

  • You will need to be highly organized with attention to detail

  • You will need to have the ability to work to deadlines and targets both on the telephone and in writing
